Hello, we’re Bare Wellbeing

Our philosophy and who we are.

Bare

“Bare” is the concept of being without cover or decoration. It’s raw, vulnerable, and authentic.

To show your bare self is like being in a therapy room, where you’ll explore your inner and outer world without a facade.

Wellbeing

“Wellbeing” symbolises your overall health. This includes mental and emotional balance, physical health, social connectedness, and sense of purpose.

To be well is to achieve balance and fulfilment in life.

The lotus flower represents enlightenment, resilience, and rebirth. This unique plant grows in muddy waters and its beauty blossoms through the murky surroundings.

Meet Claudia Ricciotti

Registered Clinical Counsellor, Provisional Psychologist, & Licensed Mental Health First Aid Instructor

Hi there, I'm Claudia. Founder of Bare Wellbeing Service... oh, and dog-mum to Ben.

I support my clients to become the person they want to be by changing their perspective and relationship with themselves. Often, my clients are stuck in a pattern of unhelpful thoughts, living a life they don’t want to live, or doing things that don’t align with their values. Change (even small change) is essential to becoming the person they want to be - nothing changes if nothing changes.

  • I have the privilege of supporting so many different people through their mental health struggles. It’s very hard for me to narrow ‘favourite problems’ into a list, but these are the presentations I feel most confident supporting:
