Bare Wellbeing Service collects confidential, personal information about clients and stores this on a secure database via SquareSpace. By providing your personal information to us, you consent to the collection, use, storage and disclosure of that information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Personal information simply relates to information about an individual, including (but not limited to) full name, date of birth, home address, email address, and contact phone number. This information can be collected in a number of ways, but ideally from the individual themselves.
