Booking Policy

Time is valuable, so let's make the most of it in our trainings.

At Bare Wellbeing Service, we understand that life happens and sometimes you cannot make the booking. Due to high demand, we have the following booking policy for our Youth Mental Health First Aid courses.

A full refund will be provided if the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the start of the course. If the booking is cancelled between 7-3 days of the start of the course, a 50% refund will be provided. However, the ticket is non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of the start of the course.

Alternatively, at any stage, a Coupon Code can be provided, redeemable for another Youth Mental Health First Aid course on another date.

NOTE: Mental Health First Aid Australia have set the minimum number of attendees per course to 6 people to ensure quality of training. If this minimum number cannot be met, the course will be cancelled and all registered participants offered a Coupon Code to redeem for another course with Bare Wellbeing Service.
