Booking Policy

At Bare Wellbeing Service, we understand that life happens and sometimes you cannot make your booking. Due to high demand, we have the following booking policy for our Youth Mental Health First Aid courses.

You’re eligible for a refund if you cancel at least 3 days before the course begins. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before the course, you’ll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the course are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs after course resources have been sent, a partial refund will be offered to reflect the value of materials provided. Alternatively, at any stage, a Coupon Code can be provided, redeemable for another Youth Mental Health First Aid course on another date.

To ensure quality training, Mental Health First Aid Australia requires a minimum of 6 participants per course. If this minimum isn’t met, the course will be cancelled and all registered participants will be offered either a Coupon Code or a full/partial refund, at our discretion.
